We have been building custom computers systems since 1986 when the parts first came onto the market. We managed two full-service computer stores in Fort Worth and Arlington, Texas with a sales average of 3.2 Million per year.
Custom built computers have come a long way since then. Our new i9 system with the Intel i9-14900K with a clock speed of 6Ghz is considered the fastest processor in the world for the desktop computer. It's processing power is 14,600 Million instructions per second.That is thousands of times faster than the $100 Million dollar IBM mainframe that I used to maintain for General Dynamics.
Our custom built systems only use "Top Shelf" parts from established companies. These are components that we absolutely know are dependable. So, when you purchase a system from us, you can be assured from the owner that it will run day after day, year after year with no issue unless caused by human interaction.
We deliver, install, and configure every system we sell, whether it be for business or in the home. Our systems come with a "no-nonsense" 2 year warranty on parts and labor.
The following are the procedures we follow for every system ordered:
1. Phone screening to determine the usage of the system. We will help you to make sure the system you are ordering will do the job. Who else does this?
2. We then check inventory to insure we have all parts necessary.
3. If we are short on the parts, we will have them by the next day.
4. Once the parts order has been filled, we start construction using a method that took us 40 years to perfect.
5. Once assembled and cabled, we perform a 24 hour "burn-in" to test for any temperature related issue.
6. Next, we install the operating system, format the drives, and test all aspects of your new system.
7. Once the new system is complete, I sign off on it and flag it for delivery.
8. We try to keep delivery and installation under one week.
9. If you purchased the recommended monitor, a Hisense 4K 43" Smart TV, we test it as well and adjust the video resolution.
10. Delivery day. We will deliver and setup the super computer and monitor. We require a power outlet within 8 feet from the surge strip which we provide at no charge.
