Requirements to build a website and make it available on the internet are as follows:
1. A domain name: This is a name you will create and search for on the internet. Usually, a company name like acme.com. Sometimes, you will have to use acme.net or acme.biz, due to the .com extension being used by someone else.
2. A hosting service: All websites require a place to run. This will be an internet server. We will create a space for you using cPanel and assign an IP address to your new domain name. The IP address is how you are found on the internet. It is associated with your domain name. So, when someone types acme.net into their browser, that IP address is eventually routed to the server that hosts your domain name. We setup all of this for you.
